Scottish Single Malt

Our whisky is made in the time honoured traditions of Scottish Single Malt Whisky. Only the finest malted barley is used in a two stage process of distillation in copper pot stills.

American Bourbon Casks

Our whisky is patiently matured in the finest ex-bourbon American oak casks. Only the best casks are selected as up to 70% of the beautiful flavour and colour of whisky comes from the wood.

Kosher Wine Casks

We source the finest speciality Kosher wine casks from our partner Badatz certified wineries in the Upper Galilee, Shomron Hills and Jerusalem Mountains. The are chosen for both their provenance and flavour profile.
